Our Story
All Givers was first conceived in 2020 after witnessing a devastating run of record-breaking natural disasters and the beginning of a global health pandemic. With so much suffering and heartache in the world, the need for relief efforts was overwhelming.
Bianca was a Brisbane based university student at the time and didn’t have the means to financially contribute to all the causes she wanted to. She may not have had disposable income she could donate, but had practical things she had collected over the years and was willing to part with them for a good cause. Instead of donating the physical items, she knew money was the most effective and sought after form of donation for charities. So she asked herself, what if there was an easy way to sell those belongings and direct that money to the causes that needed it?
Bianca has teamed up with her long time friend Kearney, a Delivery Lead from Sydney, to help her bring the All Givers vision to life. Kearney was inspired by Bianca’s vision of a virtual hub for charitable giving, where individuals are empowered to direct their spring cleaning finds into dollars for causes that mean something to them. The All Givers marketplace means individuals are connected directly to their items' second life, not just tossing it in a donation bin and bidding it farewell.
On further analysis the All Givers team identified a chasm in the market, an opportunity not only to simplify effective ways of giving, but also to empower charities. With Kearney’s experience in Software Development, and Bianca’s Marketing background, All Givers find themselves perfectly equipped to take on this challenge.
